** Tufting Supervisor
** Position Overview
** Shaw Industries is searching for a supervisor to lead a safe, efficient, and productive work environment to satisfy our customers' (both internal and external) requirements and improve the overall abilities of all employees through the demonstration of Shaw's Front Line Leadership Competencies.
** Responsibilities:
*** Responsible for the daily shift operation of the at Plant 4.
* Must lead the shift in safety, quality, production, and cost.
* To be successful as Supervisor, a candidate must be able to: solve problems; provide direction; coach associates; hold the team accountable; effectively communicate with peers and management; continuously drive departmental improvements.
* The Supervisor plans shift production using TMS3, Shop Flex, and Microsoft 365, coordinating with other departments to meet customer demands.
* The Supervisor monitors the Head's Up Display screen to monitor process status.

** Requirements:
*** High School Diploma/GED required.
* Previous experience in manufacturing required.
* Previous experience as Lead, Fill-In Supervisor or Supervisor within the most recent 5 years preferred

** Work Shift
