Primary Objective:
In broad terms, briefly state the major purpose of primary objective of this position.

To ensure safe and efficient downloading of raw materials into their assigned storage locations. To provide support to the Compounding Supervisor, Lead, and Operator. To ensure proper housekeeping is maintained throughout the department.

Major Function and Scope:
Using brief narrative statements, describe each major function of responsibility explaining the scope of the function as appropriate.

Responsible for personal safety as well as the safety of coworkers. If you see an unsafe act, stop it and report it immediately. Responsible for Safety, Quality, Production.

Responsible for the accurate completion of all assigned paperwork in a prompt manner.

Responsible for immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical issues to either the Supervisor or Maintenance. If equipment is down greater than 30 minutes, then the Supervisor must be notified. If the equipment is down greater than 1 hour, then the Plant Manager must be notified.

Responsible for completing periodic maintenance as instructed.

Responsible for following all procedures.

Responsible for loading the correct materials into their hoppers.

Responsible for Quality assurance tasks such as emptying dust collectors and vacuum canisters.

Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned floor of the mixing tower.

Responsible for downloading raw materials from bulk carriers in a prompt manner.

Responsible for containing and reporting any spills or material releases to supervision.

Responsible for taking batch samples when instructed.

Responsible for the cleanliness of the silo farm, Tanker bay, and raw material shipping docks.

Responsible for 6S in the department.

Responsible for reporting low inventory on materials needed for production.

Responsible for working with a sense of urgency, to be free from distraction (i.e. Cell phone usage), and accomplishing all tasks and responsibilities in order to keep production running as efficiently as possible.

Responsible for anything the Lead or Supervisor asks me to accomplish.
