Position OverviewThis position will begin in January of 2027*.

Our Supply Chain Development Program is a 2-year development program that offers you four, six‑month rotations in key supply chain groups of your choice. Participants will accelerate their careers with on‑the‑job training and industry exposure. You’ll have the ability to strategically execute new and exciting initiatives throughout our integrated supply chain organization.
At the beginning of the training, participants will undergo an initial 14‑week training in operations management with other new professionals who are early in their careers, and will be working in various areas of the enterprise; giving you the opportunity to gain insight into the numerous systems and processes of our organization while engaging management and personnel.
Following the 14‑week training, the participants will gain practical and intentional experience through a series of rotational assignments. These rotations are real positions that require fast learning skills and the ability to ramp up quickly. You will hone your communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills as you navigate the daily complexities of supply chain management. You will also develop leadership skills as you apply what you learn and connect with people.
You will have the option of choosing four rotational assignments, each lasting six months, from the following areas:
- Logistics
- Sourcing
- Planning
- Samples
- Integrated Customer Care
- Business Solutions
- Basic supply chain knowledge
- Proficient in basic computer skills and technologies
- Analytical & cross‑functional mindset
- Ability to turn data into insights
- Creative thinker
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work with a team
- Proven leadership ability
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- Ability to relocate
- Internship or general work experience
- Deliver compelling communication
- Demonstrate good judgment (ethical)
- Initiate action
- Learn continuously
- Build trusting relationships
8‑hour non‑rotating shift. Hours fall to punch day. Observed calendar shift starts AM.
