Regions Bank is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and coach a high‑performing team focused on customers’ financial wellness. The role requires strong sales leadership, operational oversight, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead a small team of branch associates to generate new revenue and expand customer relationships.
• Conduct outside sales efforts to bring in new business clients while maintaining and growing existing consumer and business banking relationships.
• Educate associates, customers, and the community about financial wellness, emerging banking technology and digital solutions.
• Coach and develop associates through the iConnect sales, service and coaching process.
• Provide coaching and guidance to strengthen product knowledge and identify customer needs.
• Advise customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans, deposits, annuities and life insurance.
• Ensure a consistent optimal customer experience, handling transactions and greeting customers as needed.
• Resolve escalated customer and associate issues, partnering with senior leadership and HR.
• Manage recruiting and selection for the branch.
• Maintain relationships with Line of Business partners and refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, internal audit requirements and applicable laws; ensure associates complete delegated operational risk duties.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of financial services, sales, or sales management experience.
• Expected to obtain an active Life Insurance License within the first twelve (12) months and maintain continuing education requirements.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.

• College degree.
• Life Insurance License.
• Supervisory experience within the financial services industry.
• Five (5) years of banking and/or lending experience.
• Five (5) years of relationship‑based client consultation experience.

• Mastery of advice, guidance, and education concepts.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Provide effective feedback and guidance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.

Pay ranges are job‑specific and provided as a market reference. The target salary for this position is $53,943.42 USD, with a median of $71,079.00 USD. Incentive pay is available through commission and a formulaic incentive plan based on performance metrics.
