This full‑time, on‑site role is available at our Dalton, GA location. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be entertainment creating and presenting treatment plans, verifying and coordinating insurance details, and guiding patients through their treatment journey. The role involves direct communication with patients to ensure outstanding customer service and facilitating a seamless experience. You will collaborate closely with the orthodontic team to deliver exceptional care and maintain a welcoming office environment.

• Proficiency in Treatment Planning, Dental Care, and familiarity with orthodontic procedures
• Knowledge and experience in Insurance verification and coordination
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
