This is a full-time on-site role based in Dalton, Georgia. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross‑functional teams, managing resources, aligning project goals with company strategies, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders. The Program Manager will also analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process optimization.

• Project management skills, including planning, tracking, and resource allocation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Problem‑solving and risk management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in the manufacturing or upholstery industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
