The Client Services Representative will provide administrative support by handling information requests, assisting our partners, preparing correspondence, scanning and processing tax returns, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with client billing monthly
- Electronic filing of tax returns and other information
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of software systems related to the accounting profession
- Distribute daily correspondence such as phone calls, mail, email and faxes; prepare written communications for the management team
- Assist with office administration tasks, including the assembly and distribution of client information, interfacing with team members and clients, and scheduling of firm and team activities
- File and retrieve documents, records, and reports; scanning tax return information
- Assisting with purchasing, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic accounting services
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business meetings
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- Associates Degree in Business or related field;
Bachelor’s of Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field preferred - Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
- Proficient use of applicable technology; specifically Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while fulfilling all obligations
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in office environment and performing as an administrative assistant desirable
Occasional overtime and weekend hours required.
