Position: Client Services Representative (Dalton)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with client billing monthly
  • Electronic filing of tax returns and other information
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of software systems related to the accounting profession
  • Distribute daily correspondence such as phone calls, mail, email, and faxes; prepare written communications for the management team
  • Assist with office administration tasks, including the assembly and distribution of client information, interfacing with team members and clients, and scheduling firm and team activities
  • File and retrieve documents, records, and reports; scan tax return information
  • Assist with purchasing, maintain records management systems, and perform basic accounting services
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business meetings
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field;
    Bachelor's of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills throughout all levels of organization
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while fulfilling all obligations
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in an office environment and performing as an administrative assistant desirable
