Key Responsibilities- Assist with client billing monthly
- Electronic filing of tax returns and other information
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of software systems related to the accounting profession
- Distribute daily correspondence such as phone calls, mail, email, and faxes; prepare written communications for the management team
- Assist with office administration tasks, including the assembly and distribution of client information, interfacing with team members and clients, and scheduling firm and team activities
- File and retrieve documents, records, and reports; scan tax return information
- Assist with purchasing, maintain records management systems, and perform basic accounting services
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business meetings
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- Associate’s Degree in Business or related field;
Bachelor's of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred - Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills throughout all levels of organization
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while fulfilling all obligations
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in an office environment and performing as an administrative assistant desirable
- Compensation commensurate with experience
