About the Role

Selling North Georgia Realty is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the front line of our growing real estate office. This role is essential to delivering a professional, welcoming experience for clients while keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and naturally hospitable—someone who takes pride in creating a positive first impression and supporting a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to voicemails and text messages
  • Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Distribute incoming leads to agents accurately and efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate vendors for team meetings
  • Track and manage inventory, including lockboxes and office supplies
  • Send handwritten notes, marketing mailers, and client correspondence
  • Pick up, sort, and file mail, receipts, and documents
  • Run occasional local errands as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the real estate team
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming front office environment, including coffee bar setup and supplies
  • Be available for occasional after-hours call or text response when required

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
  • Comfort with basic office equipment and tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
