This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and field shop, ensuring equipment is properly stored, maintained, and shipped to support NEP IS projects. The role plays a key part in inventory control, logistics coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration, contributing to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment that reflects NEP’s commitment to excellence and teamwork. We are seeking a person with minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a warehouse in a similar environment.

This is a Full-Time salaried position, on-site at our Grapevine, TX location. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm. There may be some overtime as needed.

  • Manage the warehouse to keep it neat, organized and clean.
  • Manage daily activities and planning for warehouse associate.
  • Collect and distribute shipments each day.
  • Facilitate the shipping and receiving of products and gear.
  • Compile and scan the complete load list for project.
  • Prepare equipment for loading and perform offloading as needed.
  • Control equipment inventory by utilizing all available databases and assist with the barcoding process as needed.
  • Receive, Inventory, and organize project material per work order.
  • Receive equipment in Sage, NeTrack, and ESS log.
  • Label Inbound/Outbound equipment per work order.
  • Create inventory list, manifest, and pack list for shipping.
Position Requirements:
  • 2- 3 years of experience in a warehouse inventory shop environment is required.
  • Valid Driver's License. Must have clean driving record.
  • Able to operate company vehicles i.e. van and box truck.
  • Excellent organization and communication (wr itten and verbal) skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Experience Microsoft operating systems and applications a plus.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to NEP IS projects on an as-needed basis.
  • High School Diploma, Technical Degree preferred, however a combination of education and experience will be considered.
