Bilingual Warehouse Worker

Position: Bilingual Warehouse Worker $15.25
American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company that aims to provide steady jobs to hard-working individuals. We are looking for warehouse workers in Grapevine TX to perform general warehouse duties such as unloading trucks, sorting products, and stacking and wrapping pallets. You'll need to be able to think quickly on your feet, stand for extended periods, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

This is a direct-hire, full-time position (40 hours a week) with benefits after 90 days.

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break-down totes)

• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

• Report any discrepancies

• Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening

• excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities

• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Other duties as assigned

Shift:

Monday to Friday 6am to Finish typically 4-5pm

Pay rate:

$15.25/hr. (weekly pay)

Requirements

• Must undergo a background check

• Must be able to pass a drug test

• Must possess basic reading and math skills

• Must have an eye for detail

• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs consistently

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl

• Must perform other duties as assigned
