Material Handler
Join Pride Health as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at Dallas, TX! This is a 12 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (CST)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Highlights: $16-17/hour (Based on years of experience)
ADDITIONALJOB DETAILS
- $500.00 Bonus at completion of 90-Days worked without performance issue
- Unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Inspect, verify, and process incoming materials
- Enter receipts into Materials Management software
- Identify discrepancies and notify Warehouse Supervisor
- Identify short‑dated materials (less than 30 days shelf life)
- Break down pallets and boxes using cutting tools
- Put away materials into storage or flow racks
- Rotate stock according to receipt and expiration dates
- Prepare outbound shipments and required documentation
- Pick, pack, and label internal and external orders
- Use air pillows, tape guns, and proper packaging materials
- Affix shipping labels and prepare pallets
- Load trucks for shipment
- Process returned goods per SOP
- Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory
- Support material transfers and item picking
- Pre‑pack and count bulk materials into smaller packaging
- Maintain accurate record keeping
- Assist with record storage and retrieval
- Perform general cleanup and maintain organized workspace
- Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, flatbeds, and tape guns
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift, electric walkie stacker, pallet jack – certification a plus)
- Follow all OSHA, CLIA, and company safety policies
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Follow proper lifting and moving procedures
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse or related work experience preferred.
Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
