Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, shipping, and managing inventory activities. This includesutilizingall pallet racks, open warehouse areas, and honey storage spaces outside of the warehouse.

• Operatesa forklift whileremainingvigilantaboutsafety.
• Receives Raw Honey , Raw Materials,and Supplies intothe
  
  Warehousefromapprovedsupplier list.
• Performs and documentsinspections to provide safe, quality food for Hive to Table Honey customers.
• Rotates finished products inthe
  
  Stock Room to ensurefirst-in/first-out.
• Prep finished goods for Shipping.
• Perform and document scheduled sanitation tasks.
• The Warehouse Supervisormaintainsappropriate trainingforemployees to ensurethatsafety, quality, and warehouse practices are followed
• Maintainsquality records accurately, consistentlyconducts quality inspections, and notifies the supervisor of issues.
• Communicates with Production Supervisorregarding Raw Products and Materials needed for production runs.
• Comply with policies and procedures to prepare and pack the product under sanitary conditions that do not expose it to the risk of contamination
• Encourage andmaintaina strong food safety culture by ensuring employees areknowledgeable of food safety policies and procedures, as well as empowered to reportevents that couldimpactthe food safety of the product
• Complete documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
