• Supports the team with coordinating large customer deliveries and resolving shipping or receiving issues, keeping records/logs of all materials
• Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
• Works on assignments that are semi‑routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
• Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments

• Coordinates speedy and efficient delivery of goods to the required destination and obtains sign‑off for receipt
• Informs recipients that goods ordered have been delivered

• Maintains records of materials received and shipped, within a semi‑routine scope
• Receives goods delivered to the Data Center either directly or following acceptance by security
• Enters all relevant details of all inbound/outbound shipments and ensures order requirements are fulfilled
• Uses shipment spotlight and shipment dashboard for customers inbound/outbound shipments
• Inspects received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items where necessary

• Proactively works and communicates with internal/external customers to ensure on‑time deliveries
• May assist with resolving difficult shipping and receiving issues

• Follows established procedures on hazardous materials, requires supervision on new assignments
• Follows and complies with hazardous materials within semi‑routine protocols, as described by regional regulatory bodies

• Tracks stored and/or abandoned equipment
• Uses the aging shipment business processes/tools for Shipments over 5 days, 14 days, 30 days and 90 days

• Assists with delivering and removal of customers equipment from cages through the use of established procedures
• When requested by a Smart Hand (SH) request, assists with packing customers equipment with packing material so that it can be shipped from the Data Center

• Typically requires a high school diploma and 1‑2 years of equivalent work experience
• Regional hazardous materials certification preferred

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - DA6 Dallas: 40,800 - 61,200 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full‑time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
