Coordinate the receipt, verification, and distribution of materials;
Prepare shipping documentation (labels, bills of lading, AVOs, DD250, DD1149, DD1907, hazmat paperwork, etc.) and utilize shipping software to execute outbound shipments;
Act as liaison between vendors, purchasing, accounts payable, quality inspectors, and hardware representatives to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth material flow;
Maintain the Shipping Departments record-keeping system, including logs, discrepancy reports, and foreign goods receipt slips;
Demonstrate proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and related software; obtain forklift certification when required
