We're looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Parts Warehouse Representative to support our fast‑paced and dynamic parts department. If you're reliable, organized, and ready to contribute to a team that values excellence, this is the role for you.
As a Parts Warehouse Representative, you will ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of parts and components. Your work directly supports our customers, service department, and overall dealership operations.

- Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against packing slips, and report any discrepancies
- Stock parts in designated bin locations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Pull parts to fulfill orders for customers, service technicians, and internal departments
- Stage, shrink‑wrap, and load parts for scheduled deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with accurate record keeping
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain clean, well‑kept equipment and work spaces
- Quick onboarding-often within days of applying
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 100 lbs.) for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and independent work skills
- Comfortable using computer systems for inventory and order tracking
- High attention to detail in identifying, storing, and picking correct part numbers
- Familiarity with automotive parts is a plus, but not always required (pay based on experience)
