Five Star Ford Dallas is a high-volume, customer-focused dealership committed to excellence in service and operations. We are seeking a dependable and organized Parts Warehouse Associate to support our Parts Department and help keep our operations running efficiently.

The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, pulling, and distributing automotive parts while maintaining an organized and accurate inventory. This role is essential in supporting technicians, service advisors, and the parts counter.

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
• Verify accuracy of shipments against packing slips
• Organize and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse
• Pull and deliver parts to technicians and parts counter promptly
• Process returns, cores, and warranty parts
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Follow all safety and dealership procedures
• Support other departments as needed

• Previous warehouse or automotive parts experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
