Warehouse Associate II

NPW is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse family for our Hillsboro, Oregon location! With over fifty years of selling both traditional & performance parts, NPW is at the forefront of its industry.

• Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product error & safety mishaps
• Able to assist with basic customer service
• Perform time sensitive tasks with little or no supervision
• Ability to prioritize workload with little or no supervision
• Ability to navigate through multiple systems and websites when completing tasks
• Experience using handheld Scanner & relevant software to maintain accurate shipments
• Attention to detail and high accuracy rate
• Ability to resolve basic escalation issues within assigned department
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Must be able to assist customers who come to pick up orders
• Process & invoice purchase orders
• Additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager
• Power Equipment experience a must.

• Punctuality & consistent attendance a MUST!

• Detail Oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and carry-out directions from supervisor
• Work independently with little to no supervision
• Assure safety compliance with warehouse regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
• Positive, "CAN DO" attitude!
• Minimum of 3 years previous warehouse experience

• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs
• Bend, reach, lift, & climb ladders/steps
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
