As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply Dallas Distribution Center located in Hutchins, TX. Chick‑fil‑A Supply strives to be the most caring distribution center in the world with scheduling, pay and benefits that demonstrate care for our team members.
Schedule- Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 10‑hour days (4‑day workweek)
- Schedule assigned according to business needs; flexibility required during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

PayStarting at $20.75 per hour

- Working in extreme temperatures (–10 °F to 100 °F) required to keep our food safe.
- Heavy Weights:
Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case. Occasionally mechanical assistance will be used to move up to 2,000 pounds. - High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.
- Experience in a warehouse and/or material handling preferred; previous work in food distribution is a plus.
