Warehouse Team Member

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply Dallas Distribution Center located in Hutchins, TX. • Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 10‑hour days (4‑day workweek)
• Schedule assigned according to business needs; flexibility required during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

• Efficiency and Organization:

• Working in extreme temperatures (–10 °F to 100 °F) required to keep our food safe.
• Heavy Weights:
  Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case. Occasionally mechanical assistance will be used to move up to 2,000 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.

• Experience in a warehouse and/or material handling preferred; previous work in food distribution is a plus.
