Job Overview:The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing weekly orders across both B2B and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels while ensuring timely, accurate execution through third-party logistics (3PL) partners. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, monitoring logistics performance, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Location:
Dallas, TX (2‑3 days a week onsite)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + bonus
- Review, approve, and manage weekly B2B and DTC customer orders
- Ensure customer-requested delivery dates are clearly understood and executed
- Coordinate and book inbound freight from vendors to warehouse locations
- Enter and maintain accurate receiving and inbound shipment data within the ERP system
- Track and report on-time delivery performance for customers
- Track and report in-full delivery performance for customers
- Monitor and manage inbound and outbound freight spend against budget
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with logistics requirements
- Maintain strong working relationships with 3PL partners to ensure orders are executed on time and in full
- Develop, maintain, and report logistics KPIs to support operational and business initiatives
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Prior experience handling both B2B and DTC orders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong data collection, tracking, and reporting skills
- Experience in the beauty industry
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
- Tools & Systems:
Net Suite and/or SPS Commerce
