Job Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing weekly orders across both B2B and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels while ensuring timely, accurate execution through third-party logistics (3PL) partners. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, monitoring logistics performance, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Dallas, TX (2‑3 days a week onsite)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Review, approve, and manage weekly B2B and DTC customer orders
  • Ensure customer-requested delivery dates are clearly understood and executed
  • Coordinate and book inbound freight from vendors to warehouse locations
  • Enter and maintain accurate receiving and inbound shipment data within the ERP system
  • Track and report on-time delivery performance for customers
  • Track and report in-full delivery performance for customers
  • Monitor and manage inbound and outbound freight spend against budget
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with logistics requirements
  • Maintain strong working relationships with 3PL partners to ensure orders are executed on time and in full
  • Develop, maintain, and report logistics KPIs to support operational and business initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
  • Prior experience handling both B2B and DTC orders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong data collection, tracking, and reporting skills
Nice to haves:
  • Experience in the beauty industry
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
  • Tools & Systems:
    Net Suite and/or SPS Commerce
