Field Service Assistant (FSA) – Dallas Transportation

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: Typically 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (may vary based on daily schedule)

Pay Range: starting at $21 per hour

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Field Service Assistant (FSA) to support our Dallas Transportation operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, early schedules, and being part of a field operations team.

The FSA works closely with drivers and technicians on two‑person jobs, assists with equipment handling, yard and facility upkeep, and supports day‑to‑day operational needs. This position is also designed as a stepping‑stone opportunity toward obtaining or advancing a CDL career with the company.

• Assist drivers on two-person field service jobs
  , including:
• Transporting and staging additional hoses
• Assisting with hose setup and breakdown
• Support yard, office, and equipment cleanliness
• Act as a runner for parts, supplies, and materials as needed
• Deliver and retrieve Used Cooking Oil (UCO) bins when required
• Assist with basic equipment handling and upkeep
• Work safely at all times and follow company safety and compliance standards
• Support daily operational needs as schedules and routes change
• Early morning start times (typically 4:00 AM

• End times vary based on route and workload
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Physical, hands‑on role requiring movement and lifting
• Exposure to traffic, industrial environments, and strong odors at times

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work early morning hours and flexible schedules
• Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Customer‑service‑minded and professional demeanor

• Recently obtained CDL or actively pursuing CDL
• Background in landscaping, labor, delivery, or field services
