This client is looking for a Logistics Manager to support U.S. transportation operations across LTL, Small Parcel, and Truckload. This person will be responsible for managing outbound freight and providers, rate negotiations, and day-to-day management. This role is a good fit for someone who is a self‑starter, comfortable learning new systems and processes, and interested in contributing to a team that is growing quickly.

• Support daily transportation operations and team development
• Manage carrier relationships, pricing activities, and RFP processes
• Analyze transportation data to identify efficiency and cost‑saving opportunities
• Monitor and improve KPIs, including on‑Time Delivery and carrier compliance
• Maintain TMS updates, tariffs, and documentation
• Assist with freight invoice audits and financial accuracy
• Participate in process improvement and automation efforts

• Bachelor s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Experience with LTL operations, TMS platforms, and carrier billing
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and solve problems
• Interest in learning and adapting within a growing environment

This is a full time permanent role based in Dallas that requires you to be onsite 3 days a week.
