Company Profile
This client is looking for a Logistics Manager to support U.S. transportation operations across LTL, Small Parcel, and Truckload. This person will be responsible for managing outbound freight and providers, rate negotiations, and day‑to‑day management. This role is a good fit for someone who is a self‑starter, comfortable learning new systems and processes, and interested in contributing to a team that is growing quickly.
Responsibilities- Support daily transportation operations and team development
- Manage carrier relationships, pricing activities, and RFP processes
- Analyze transportation data to identify efficiency and cost‑saving opportunities
- Monitor and improve KPIs, including on‑Time Delivery and carrier compliance
- Maintain TMS updates, tariffs, and documentation
- Assist with freight invoice audits and financial accuracy
- Participate in process improvement and automation efforts
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Experience with LTL operations, TMS platforms, and carrier billing
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and solve problems
- Interest in learning and adapting within a growing environment
This is a full time permanent role based in Dallas that requires you to be onsite 3 days a week.
