Maintenance Manager

ERMC has stations in more than 200 airports. We provide a full range of ground aviation services, from ticketing and ground handling to cabin cleaning and cargo.

ERMC also provides operations and maintenance for terminals and support facilities in some of the world’s busiest airport locations.

ERMC Aviation Services is in search of an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our operations at the Florida Beach Int Airport.

• Develop and design innovative solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors, and be on call for emergencies.
• Handle multiple internal and externally sponsored projects and daily activities, manage to and meet deadlines, and develop & track plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals.
• Work with Safety department leadership to understand, implement, and audit safety programs. Ensure that all safety programs and procedures are followed.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and good working relationships with operations leadership.
• Facilitate technical and safety training, as well as help to develop the professional development of maintenance associates.

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in airport BHS and/or PBB Maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety protocols.
• Experience in airport operations or infrastructure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government  social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
