Alan Ritchey, Inc is looking for team driver positions based out of Dallas, TX for a dedicated postal operation starting the week of January 5.

Alan Ritchey Inc has both forward and driver facing cameras in our tractors.

• $32 per hour + HW ($5.45)-HW paid up to 40 hours a week
• 40 hours per driver per round trip
• One week pays 80 hours, the other four weeks' pay 40 hours if you make all scheduled runs
• Five-week rotation
• Hotel provided during layovers

There are two separate runs. Both are picked up in Dallas.

• Deadhead to Los Angeles and pick up load

• Deadhead back to Dallas

• Hold an appropriate commercial driver's license with required endorsements;
• Be twenty-one (21) years of age for short hauls (within a 150-mile radius of the Alan Ritchey, Inc. facility you work from); or be twenty-three (23) years of age for long hauls (exceeding the 150-mile radius);
• Be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.;
• Have one (1) year verifiable over-the-road experience for hauls exceeding the 150-mile radius;
• Have no more than three (3) moving violations within the past three (3) years;
• Have no preventable accidents deemed serious by Alan Ritchey, Inc;
• Have no DWI/DUI convictions or charges in the last 7 years, or multiple DWI/DUI convictions or charges, pending DWI/DUI charges regardless of length of time;
• Have no felony charges or pending felony charges in the last 7 years
• Have no outstanding warrants or driver license’s suspensions

• Have two (2) year verifiable over-the-road experience for hauls exceeding the 150-mile radius;
• Be qualified to receive a United States Postal Badge; and
• Meet all United States Postal Service requirements for Postal contract(s) on which the employee would drive. The United States Postal Service has published the following table, outlining the factors, as determined by the Postal Service, which lead to an employee being disqualified from receiving a Postal badge.

$37.45 = $32.00 base pay + $5.45 HW (HW is paid for the first forty hours worked each week.)
