EMR USA is seeking a Transportation Dispatcher responsible for coordinating drivers, trucks, and containers to optimize capacity, productivity, and customer service. A successful dispatcher possesses good customer service skills, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

- Maximize productivity by routing vehicles effectively.
- Assign loads based on routes and driver locations.
- Prepare and update daily route schedules.
- Maintain documentation for pickups, route completions, and driver locations.
- Ensure route completion through driver check-ins.
- Interact courteously with customers as needed.
- Report driver performance issues to management.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Personal computer proficiency
- Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus
- Minimum two years experience as a dispatcher
