The Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator is responsible for operating and evaluating self-driving vehicles in autonomous mode, collecting data, providing feedback, and offering ride-hail services to the public.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid CDL driver’s license
• At least 3 years of experience as a Class C licensed driver

• Operate autonomous vehicles on various routes and conditions, monitor vehicle behavior, and log software data
• Test autonomous vehicle features
• Complete detailed ride reports for operations and engineering teams
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight
• Maintain safety standards inside and outside the vehicle

• CDL Driver's License
• Proficiency with laptops and Office apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
• Familiarity with handheld devices and smartphones
• Attention to detail and clear communication skills

• Occasional standing, walking, and sitting
• Use of hands, climbing stairs/ladders, and balancing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Good vision and focus abilities
• Work outdoors in vehicles
