To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Receiving Coordinator/Driver located in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Receiving Coordinator/Driver will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound shipment activities and any driving as needed.

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Make deliveries to customers/pick up material using company vehicle and 15 ft trailer, as needed.
• Verifies the quality and count of all items unloaded from trucks and trailers; checks against suppliers count and immediately reports discrepancies to carriers, supervisor, and purchasing department per company policy.
• Notifies supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions.
• Stages received material and product in appropriate location.
• Create shipping and receiving receipts within system.
• Prepares products and bills of lading for shipments; stages product in appropriate staging area for pick up by shipping carrier.
• Load and unload deliveries using forklifts, dollies, or hand trucks in a safely manner.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required, clean driving record.
• Ability to maneuver 15 ft trailer with company pick-up truck.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving or related field.
• Basic computer knowledge.
