We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead major initiatives within a complex enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines deep hands‑on engineering with technical leadership and mentorship responsibilities.

This is not just a coding role — it requires ownership of projects, architectural awareness, and the ability to guide other developers in delivering scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions.

• Lead delivery of Salesforce projects across Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
• Architect and implement complex Apex‑based solutions
• Design and oversee real‑time and batch integration patterns
• Guide ETL processes and data transformation strategies
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Support production systems and ensure high operational reliability
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs

• 6–10+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Deep hands‑on experience with Field Service Lightning
• ETL and data transformation understanding
• Experience working in enterprise, high‑data‑volume environments
• Leadership mindset
• Architect‑level thinking without full‑time architect title
• Strong communicator across technical and business teams
