Java Full Stack Developer

CTG is looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deliver enterprise‑grade applications using modern Java and web technologies. This role is ideal for a hands‑on developer with strong architectural awareness and deep expertise across backend, frontend, database, and integration layers.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using Java and JEE technologies.
• Build RESTful (JAX‑RS) and SOAP (JAX‑WS) web services within SOA‑based architectures.
• Develop robust backend services using Spring, Hibernate, JPA, EJB, Servlets, JSP, JSF, and Struts.
• Implement object‑oriented design principles, Java design patterns, and architectural best practices.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and database integrations.
• Support legacy system integrations and enterprise application server deployments (Web Logic/Web Sphere).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow Test‑Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.

• Strong Java Full Stack development experience.
• Expertise in Java, JEE, JDBC, Collections, threads, concurrency, and Dependency Injection.
• Proficiency with Spring Framework, Hibernate, JPA, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Solid SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience with SOA, Web Services, clustering architectures, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops environments.

• 7+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• Experience designing and enforcing consistent technology standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
