We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong experience in Claude.

Code and modern AI/LLM-driven application development. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize intelligent systems using large language models, agentic workflows, and scalable AI architectures. This role requires hands‑on expertise and the ability to translate business problems into production‑ready AI solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/LLM-based solutions using Claude.
  
  Code and related frameworks.
• Build prompt engineering strategies, agent workflows, and tool‑augmented LLM applications.
• Integrate AI models with backend services, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and reliability for production environments.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define AI‑driven use cases.
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and governance for AI solutions.
• Stay current with advancements in LLMs, agentic AI, and applied machine learning.

• 8+ years of overall software engineering experience with a strong AI/ML focus.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude.
  
  Code (prompting, agents, tools, workflows).
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
• Experience integrating LLMs with APIs, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Experience with other LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, open‑source models).
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of data engineering, NLP, or ML pipelines.
• Experience working in hybrid or enterprise‑scale environments.
