Designs and builds mobile solutions and develops Android applications using Kotlin Jet Pack and Compose. Creates technical designs and implements solutions in an Agile environment. Designs, builds and deploys applications in a Dev Ops environment using Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools. Defines architectural strategies and solutions. Develops applications utilizing Android design patterns including Model-View-View Model (MVVM) and Clean Architecture with a focus on Test Driven Development (TDD).
Collaborates with application owners, architecture and business sponsors. Ensures designs meet performance, security, usability, reliability and scalability requirements. Provides application support by diagnosing and resolving technical problems with minimal business impact.
- Develop applications of moderately complex scope.

- Develop software system tests and validation procedures, programs and documentation.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing Test Driven Development, writing fully automated and high-quality testing for all aspects of the code to establish full code coverage using native platform testing frameworks (Android
X Test, Mockito, MockK, Espresso, UI Automator), and building and maintaining mobile applications from the ground up using Android Studio. - Expertise in performing mobile-specific Dev Ops tasks using CI/CD tools (Git Hub, Jenkins), core building automated pipelines using Fast Lane, Shell Scripting and Gradle, and defining build configurations and automating application bundling processes using Gradle Kotlin DSL.
- Expertise in analyzing, designing and developing mobile Android applications using Kotlin, Android Studio IDE, and Jet Pack.
- Experience in integrating Android applications with third-party libraries (Google Firebase suite, Adobe, Launch Darkly) and internally building and distributing SDKs through JFrog Artifactory, collecting analytics, and maintaining lifecycle features remotely by implementing integration code using cloud-based capabilities within the native application.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61,087 to $104,364 yearly.
