We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our Operations Department on a full-time, salaried basis. This role is ideal for a professional with 5 years of experience in Java development who is eager to contribute to critical operations and drive innovation within a collaborative and high-performing team.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications to support operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal application performance.
• Implement best practices in coding, security, and application performance.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and application enhancements.
• Write and maintain technical documentation to support development and implementation processes.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
• Stay informed about new technologies and frameworks to suggest improvements and optimize processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of core Java concepts.
• Proficiency in building applications using Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and writing optimized queries.
• Exposure to testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like Jira or Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
