Sr. Laravel Developer – Scion Staffing
A full‑time, direct hire position in Dallas, TX with a hybrid schedule.

- Automate deployments, testing, and database migrations.
- Collaborate closely with product, underwriting, and operations teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 4 years with Laravel (preferably Laravel 11+).
- Extensive knowledge of PHP 8.x, MySQL optimization, and Vue.js 2 architecture.
- Proven track record of ownership, accountability, and delivering high‑quality results.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud services is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML integrations preferred.
- Background in fintech, insurance technology, payments, or reg‑tech domains desired.
Annual base salary ranging from $120 k to $140 k, commensurate with experience.
