Full Stack Developer; Rust​/Python​/Qdrant – Dallas

We are working with a client at the cutting edge of cloud + on‑premise hybrid architectures and we’re looking for an exceptional Full Stack Developer to help to build it.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will architect, build, and ship high-performance applications that power advanced AI‑driven workflows. You will be joining a Dallas‑based AI company where your work will span backend engineering, intuitive frontend design, and complex multi‑cloud deployments. Your work will involve leveraging GCP Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and on‑prem deployments to power applications built on vector search (Qdrant). • Backend Engineering & Architecture
  • Build and maintain scalable APIs and services using Rust and Python.
  • Architect systems to run seamlessly across Oracle Cloud, GCP, and on‑prem setups.
  • Integrate and optimize Qdrant for high-performance similarity search and vector storage.
• Frontend Development
  • Develop intuitive, responsive User Interfaces (UIs) using React, Vue, or similar modern frameworks.
  • Connect front‑end experiences seamlessly with vector‑powered backends to ensure a smooth user journey.
• Dev Ops & Infrastructure
  • Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure streamlined delivery.
  • Manage deployments across complex multi‑cloud (Oracle & GCP) and on‑prem environments.
  • Work with Docker and Kubernetes for efficient containerization and orchestration.

• Engineering Expertise:
  Proven experience as a software engineer with strong proficiency in Rust and Python.
• Vector Database Knowledge:
  Practical experience integrating and optimizing Qdrant (or similar) for vector storage and similarity search.

  Experience building responsive applications using React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
• Hybrid Cloud Fluency:
  Solid background in architecting and deploying solutions across GCP, Oracle Cloud, and on‑premise environments.
• Containerization:

• Dev Ops Practices:
  Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in a hybrid environment.
• Oversee deployments across multi‑cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Use Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems.

• Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and AI/ML teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and planning.

• Experience with ML pipelines or embedding models.
• Hybrid architecture (cloud + on‑prem) experience.
• Background in high‑performance distributed systems.
• Experience designing end‑to‑end workflows for AI‑driven applications.
• Familiarity with advanced hybrid architecture patterns and data synchronization between cloud and on‑premise systems.
• Experience working in a hands‑on contract role with high autonomy.
