NTT DATA’s client is implementing the OSCAR Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to enable Electronic Batch Records (E ) along with equipment integration and OCPLM integration for CSD Frederick Manufacturing. The E  initiative is critical to mitigate batch record–related errors, automate batch record capture with a clear audit trail, improve data accessibility, and enhance manufacturing efficiency by reducing manufacturing lead times. This MES application is deployed across multiple manufacturing sites and must be developed with scalability, performance, and reusability in mind.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of overall software development experience and deep expertise in Angular 18+ to support MES development under an Agile/Scrum methodology. While the role requires full stack capabilities, this project places a strong emphasis on advanced Angular development. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5+ years of hands‑on experience in each core skillset, ensuring both front‑end leadership and strong backend delivery.

This role supports a multi‑site MES platform with existing customizations, and prior experience with MES or TrakSYS environments will significantly shorten the development timeline.

• Lead and deliver Angular 18+ front‑end development, including architecture, reusable components, state management, and performance optimization
• Design and implement full stack MES solutions using C#, SQL, and modern front‑end technologies
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions across multiple manufacturing sites
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team to deliver sprint commitments and technical leadership
• Integrate MES applications with manufacturing equipment and OCPLM systems
• Work within existing and customized TrakSYS/MES implementations
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing, quality, audit, and validation standards
• Support code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities

• 10+ years of overall software development experience
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Angular, with strong focus on Angular 18+; 5+ years of experience in full stack development using C# and Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• 5+ years of experience writing optimized SQL queries for MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
• 5+ years of experience with front‑end frameworks, with Angular as the primary framework (React exposure a plus)
• 5+ years of experience using UI/CSS frameworks such as Angular Material and Bootstrap
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience with TrakSYS versions 10–13
• Experience delivering or supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Strong understanding of Electronic Batch Records (E ) in regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience integrating MES with manufacturing equipment and PLM systems
• Experience working with or alongside Parsec / TrackSYS
• Experience in GxP‑regulated environments (Pharma, Life Sciences, Medical Devices)

This role prioritizes deep Angular 18+ expertise, while maintaining strong full stack development responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable working on enterprise‑scale, multi‑site systems.

Starting hourly range: $36.61 to $80.09.
