Requirements:- Experience architecting, designing, and developing scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI, with proficiency in Vertex AI Agent Engine, Model Garden and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Hands‑on experience in developing NLP and GenAI Models on Vertex AI
- Proficiency in training, fine‑tuning, and deploying custom LLMs, transformer models, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to AI Models.
- 5-7 years in software development (4+ in NLP/NLU for chat).
- Good to have an understanding on other Google Cloud Platform services and cloud‑native architectures
- Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
- Must have Google Cloud Platform Certification
- Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer - Experience with GenAI frameworks (PaLM, Gemini)
- Integration with CRM, knowledge bases, and live agent systems
