We'reseeking a Senior Flutter Developer to build and evolve mobile experiences that bring our AI platform capabilities to users across iOS and Android. You'll architect new features,optimize performance, and integratecutting-edge

AI functionality to deliver seamless, responsive applications.

This is a hands-on, senior-level engineering role. You'll own the mobile development lifecycle from architecture decisions through production deployment. With no existing Flutter expertise on the team, you'll establish best practices, make key technical decisions, and set the foundation for our mobile strategy.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll work autonomously to solve complex cross-platform challenges and define how enterprise AI reaches mobile users.

• Design, build, and ship production Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Architect scalable, maintainable mobile solutions that integrate with our AI platform APIs
• Optimizeapp performance, reliability, and responsiveness across devices and OS versions
• Establish robust testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and development best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams to deliver high-impact features
• Provide technical leadership and own architectural decisions for the mobile platform
• Debug, tune, and optimal-time data flows between mobile clients and AI services
• Surface insights from mobile development to inform API design, UX improvements, and roadmap priorities
• Ship quickly, iterate based on user feedback, and own the mobile experience end-to-end

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of professionalmobile development,including2+ years of Flutter development experience
• Proven track recordof shipping high-quality Flutter applications to production (App Store and/or Google Play)
• Strong proficiency in dart and the flutter framework ecosystem
• Experience with state management solutions (Bloc,Riverpod, Provider, or similar)
• Solid understanding of iOS and Android platform capabilities and guidelines
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and real-time data services
• Ability to work autonomously and drive technical decisions without direct mentorship
• Clear technical communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deep ownership mindset: you care about outcomes, not job titles

• MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 7+ years of professionalmobile Development, including 2+ years of Flutter development experience
• Experience integrating AI/ML features into mobile applications
• Background with Firebase, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), or similar backend platforms
• Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
• Track recordofestablishingmobile development practices on a team
• Experience with real-time data,Web Sockets, or streaming architectures
• Published apps with significant user bases (100K+ downloads)
• Previousenterprise software development experience

• Base salary range: $140,000- $160,000annually
