** Long-Term-Contract**

Must-Have:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience across multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Type Script, C#, Go, etc.).
• Hands-on expertise using AI tools for development (Copilot, prompt engineering, context frameworks, agent troubleshooting).
• Strong coaching, communication, and teaching skills; ability to break down complex concepts for diverse developers.
• Experience guiding teams in AI-augmented workflows-especially in modern Dev Ops/CI/CD environments.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and coach developers at varying levels of AI proficiency.
• Multidisciplinary technical background preferred; prior experience across multiple stacks is a plus.
• Pay Rate- $70-$80/hr. on W2.
