Technology Analyst – Java/J2EE

We are seeking a Technology Analyst with Java/J2EE expertise to join our team in Dallas, TX. The role is full-time and requires a strong background in software design and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in software design and development with Java.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience producing high-quality Java J2EE/Rest API for projects following an Agile development approach.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Java frameworks like Spring, Struts, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience developing and optimizing Oracle routines.
• Ability to finalize requirements documents by participating in requirements reviews and sign-off sessions.
• Ability to develop written and automated software test cases to validate requirements.
• Ability to work in a team to integrate core infrastructure and transaction web applications with core workflow and configuration components.
• Willingness to learn and work on new technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong client interfacing skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
