UI Developer (Frontend)
Location:
Plano, TX
- Develop responsive web applications using React, Angular, Node.js, HTML, CSS and other front-end technologies, creating user interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring mockups and wireframes to life.
- Ensure responsiveness and performance by optimizing applications for speed, scalability and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Maintain code quality with clean, well‑documented, maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Implement reusable React components to streamline development and ensure consistency across the application.
- Debug and troubleshoot UI‑related bugs and performance issues to ensure smooth user interactions.
- Stay updated on front‑end trends and continuously improve skills with latest front‑end techniques.
- Proficiency in React.js, with strong experience building and managing components, hooks and state management.
- HTML & CSS expertise: deep understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, flexbox, grid and responsive design techniques.
- JavaScript knowledge: solid knowledge of ES6+ and modern web development practices.
- Familiarity with version control (Git or similar).
- Cross‑browser compatibility experience.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and fundamental design principles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
- Attention to detail: focus on producing polished, pixel‑perfect interfaces.
- Experience with CSS pre‑processors (SASS, LESS).
- Experience with Type Script.
- Knowledge of front‑end build tools like Webpack, Gulp or Parcel.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and Graph
QL. - Experience with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
