• Work within a focused, dynamic, and agile division that emphasizes customer-centric principles and deliverables.
• Support new and startup engagements.
• Provide strategic direction, architecture design, and support the build-out and hiring of new teams in key accounts and regions.
• Lead architecture projects through execution phases, managing internal, client, and third-party vendor teams.
• Engage with clients at various maturity levels, including CxO, to lead innovation and strategy development.
• Understand and define client architecture, identifying opportunities for transformation.
• Lead architecture definitions for major transformation projects within clients.

• 5+ years in software development with experience in Spring/Java, Ruby/Rails, Go, messaging systems (Rabbit

• Understanding of cloud application design principles (e.g., ).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Concourse, GoCD, Circle

• Knowledge of Agile delivery principles.
• Familiarity with Netflix OSS services like Eureka, Hystrix, Ribbon, Zuul.

• Broad awareness of industry trends in software development, cloud platforms, and data management.
