Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Software Development Engineer to lead the development and integration of AI/ML models and automated testing frameworks across modern and legacy technology stacks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-native technologies, Java applications, AI/ML model development, and experience in optimizing solutions for legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models and automated testing frameworks across modern and legacy tech stacks.
• Oversee the full lifecycle process (design, analysis, review) and ensure adherence to quality standards for high-quality product delivery.
• Optimize AI/ML models for diverse use cases while ensuring seamless transitions between modern and legacy infrastructures.
• Conduct model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning, considering constraints and opportunities in legacy architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide benchmarked solutions for complex technical projects involving multiple interlocking technologies.
• Quickly acquire domain knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert to guide technical leads and peers.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading concurrent technical projects in both legacy and modern tech stacks.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud and Java applications with a focus on test automation.
• 3+ years of AI/ML model development, training, and deployment experience.
• 3+ years of application development experience in legacy technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Cloud-Native Technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with IBM i AS400 or similar legacy systems.
• Familiarity with RxClaim or other PBM Adjudication systems is a plus.
