Lead Salesforce Developer – Salesforce
Join our team to drive the development of our Salesforce OrgCS environment. This hybrid role is based in Indianapolis or Dallas and focuses on building new features for the CSM and Success Architect teams using Salesforce technology, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flows, and integration with third‑party apps.
Responsibilities- Participate in designing and building the product utilizing Salesforce platform and products.
- Provide attention to detail and a commitment to delivery of high‑quality, stable deliverables.
- Continually evangelize Scrum and an Agile development process.
- Review and provide feedback for code submissions.
- Be self‑motivated; driven to achieve and exceed committed milestones.
- Collaborate with Dev Ops and Architects to define best practices and architectural standards.
- Display strong communication & collaboration skills, including the ability to mentor and be mentored.
- Desire to work in a growing, fast‑paced environment of innovation.
- Explore and adopt new features to support Salesforce on Salesforce.
- At least 12 years of overall development experience, with 5+ years specifically in Salesforce.
- Experience in UI development using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Apex, Service Cloud, JavaScript, and third‑party managed package integrations.
- Strong programming skills with expertise in Object‑Oriented Design Patterns, JSON, XML, Salesforce APIs, and REST Web Services.
- Experience integrating and consuming both open and private APIs such as Google, , Tableau, Slack, Mule Soft.
- Proficient with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and deployment pipelines.
- A related technical degree required.
- Strong in QA automation strategy, including test design and execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with code reusability, scalable solutions, and design patterns.
- Experience with Agile software development and test‑driven development (TDD).
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor developers on best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting the full service stack with end‑to‑end ownership.
- Worked on customer‑facing applications with high traffic volumes.
- Skilled in presenting designs to internal and external stakeholders, and reviewing the designs of others.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing frameworks.
- Certified in Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, and Agentforce.
