• Promote the well-being of children and support Case Management teams in removing barriers to permanency for children in the foster care system who are legally free for adoption.
• Drive personal or agency vehicles as required for transporting children or conducting agency business. Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet agency underwriting standards when driving agency vehicles or transporting clients.
• Participate in a daily workflow that supports adoption processes and collaboration with families and service providers.

• Compassionate, eager to learn, and dedicated to helping families in times of crisis by connecting them with community resources to improve their lives.
• Desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy families; strong advocacy for children and their families.

• High School diploma or GED and two years of experience in the child and family services field.
• Must meet agency underwriting standards and have a valid driver’s license for driving agency vehicles and/or transporting clients.

Average hourly rate is $24.53 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
