This job will be responsible for building significant immediate and long‑term financial support for CMC by identifying, cultivating and soliciting individuals, foundations, corporations and organizations, as assigned. Assigned areas of focus include Annual Giving, Corporate Partnerships, and Individual Giving. The ability to establish, advance and steward relationships is a key requirement of the job.

• Manage and direct a portfolio of donors and donor prospects for solicitation of gifts, sponsor ships or planned gifts
• Develop new relationships
• Advance existing relationships
• Steward existing donors and sponsors
• Communicate well with development team and leadership
• Establish a team effort in fundraising to the benefit of the Foundation
• Document and maintain accurate records in RE

• At least 5 years related experience Preferred

• Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required
