Title:
Maintenance Technician
Duration:6+ months Contract
Pay rate:$18/hr on w2
Location:Dallas, TX 75243
Shift timings:Mon - Thu 8 AM - 5.30 PM and Fri - 8 AM - 12 PM
BG/DT required:Yes
Job Description- Perform a wide range of independently managed maintenance and repair work on facilities, systems, and structures (i.e., replacement of hardware, light fixtures, baseboards, molding, appliances, etc.).
- Assemble, install or repair plumbing fixtures and maintain bathroom fixtures (i.e., showers, toilets, faucets, water supply and drain lines, etc.).
- Replace electrical switches, circuit breakers, outlets, light fixtures, and electrical appliances under supervision of DHA's Master Electrician.
- Prepare vacant housing units for occupancy; including repair, cleaning, and interior painting and general maintenance, etc.
- Repair or replace doors, door hardware, locks, cabinets, windows, flooring, roofing, pipe systems and more.
