This is a full‑time, on‑site Technician role located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. The Technician will conduct inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations related to chimneys, fireplaces, and dryer vents. Responsibilities will include working with a variety of tools and equipment, ensuring safety compliance, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions to enhance the safety and functionality of client properties. The role requires timely and efficient performance while maintaining high‑quality standards and excellent customer service.

• Experience with maintenance, repair, and installation of chimneys, fireplaces, and dryer vents.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to mechanical and structural systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols in all tasks.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment effectively and safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients.
• Adaptability and problem‑solving skills to work efficiently in a dynamic, on‑site environment.
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
