Regional Plumber – Multifamily (DFW Area)

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Plumber to support multiple multifamily apartment communities across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role is ideal for a skilled plumber who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple properties rather than being tied to a single site.

• Provide plumbing services for multiple apartment communities throughout DFW.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems including:
  Water lines, drain lines, valves, and water heaters/boilers.
• Respond to urgent plumbing issues and coordinate repairs efficiently.
• Work closely with property managers, maintenance teams, and asset managers.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation of work completed.

• 3+ years of plumbing experience (multifamily or residential strongly preferred).
• Valid Texas plumbing license (Journeyman or higher preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting, repair skills, leak location and digging.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Having your own tools is a plus.
• The ability to travel across the DFW metroplex to different sites.
