I'm representing a leading electrical contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to find an experienced Electrical Superintendent

As an Electrical Superintendent, you will lead field operations and ensure projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee construction execution on project sites
- Ensure installations meet electrical code and quality standards
- Manage the safety, performance, and development of the construction team
- Create and maintain manpower and material projections and schedules
- Track progress, timesheets, safety/incidents, and change order reporting
- Resolve inter-group conflicts related to production
- Serve as the primary representative to customers, vendors, and crews
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction
- Active Journeyman's License required
- Skilled in scheduling manpower and materials reporting
- Ability to work from project jobsites throughout DFW and North Texas
- Employment subject to background check and drug screen; must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
